Join us for a Master Class “From Lab to Glass: The Art of Crafting Cocktails with Baba Au Rum”, lead by award winning mixologist Thanos Prunarus on the 2nd of November 2023 at AKI, Valletta at 6pm.
Starting with a introduction and discussion of the history and philosophy of the craft, this will then lead the way to a live demonstration of crafting some of the world’s best cocktails that put Baba Au Rum on the 50 Best.
A tasting will follow suit along with an interactive Q & A session.
