Join us for a Master Class lead by award winning mixologist Giacomo Giannotti on the 19th of January 2024 at AKI, Valletta at 6pm.
Starting with a introduction and discussion of the history and philosophy of the craft, this will then lead the way to a live demonstration of crafting some of the world’s best cocktails that put Paradiso on the 50 Best. A tasting will follow suit along with an interactive Q & A session.
