Join us for a Master Class & Bar Takeover by award winning mixologist Giacomo Giannotti from Paradiso in Barcelona (Currently Ranked 4 on The Best 50 Bars) on the 19th of January 2024 at AKI, Valletta from 6:00pm onwards.
This ticket includes access to both the Masterclass & the following Bar Takeover.
Starting with a introduction and discussion of the history and philosophy of the craft, this will then lead the way to a live demonstration of crafting some of the world’s best cocktails that put Paradiso on the 50 Best. A tasting will follow suit along with an interactive Q & A session.
Taking over the upper bar at AKI, Giacomo along with the AKI Mixology team shall be preparing some bespoke cocktails that placed the multi award winning Paradiso on the international Mixology scene.
